This website has been designed for the residents within Magdalene Court. "Mag Court" is a residential community in Tampa, Florida. The Magdalene Court Condominium Association, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation. It's membership consists of the condominium owners.  It's officers and committees are members of the association who are elected by the membership and who work tirelessly for the community residents.

Magdalene Court is centrally located within prestigious, original Carrollwood. Magdalene Court offers many amenities such as a community swimming pool, dog run, and outside kitchen area. We are close to shopping, restaurants and still manage a peaceful park-like community. There are 78 units which were built in 1984.
